You can boldly approach God!

Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
Hebrews 10:19-23 (NIV)
The death and resurrection of Jesus have opened the way to God. The believer can approach God with boldness.
The open way to God is not dependent on the believer but is there because of the blood of Jesus. Our open heaven is through a crucified Savior; His death is for us the way to life.
What has happened through Jesus Christ is a completely new situation in how we can approach God. Through Jesus Christ.
It is the author’s intention to show in a clear way that we can approach God. What is referred to as the “sanctuary” in the text is what we find in the Old Testament as the place where God reveals himself (the Holy of Holies). The place where God speaks and reveals his will.
So stop and think; it is not through your prayer words that you come close to God, not through how you feel or through your need. It is Jesus who has opened the way to God and his fellowship. You may come as his child and can always be bold.
Hold fast to this and approach God with confidence, so that you may receive help in time of need. The way to a close relationship with God is open to you.
