A converted 3-wheeled bicycle serves as a base for coffee in town. It is organized in Västerås, Sweden by SOS Church Västerås. (Photo from Västerås).

How they made it in Västerås:
- Buy a regular Cargo Bike and convert it so that you can serve coffee.
- It might be a good idea to install a small roof on it. Then you can be outside pretty much all year round.
- Gather a team so that it is possible to be out two by two.
- Load the Café Bike with literature, magazines, coffee and accessories.
- Go around town where there are people out.
A Cargo Bike has also been used successfully in evangelistic efforts in Malmö, Sweden. It arouses interest and is also easy to move if people are elsewhere in the city.
