Equip is a collection site with information where the focus is to equip for work in church and mission, give inspiration to take steps forward and give examples that are easy to copy and carry out in your own local context.

A large part of the content on this page is produced by Marie and Roger Arnfjell. They have experience in teaching, preaching, leadership seminars, parish work, mission work and business management. They are happy to come for teaching sessions aimed at different constellations.

Marie started the magazine JUNIA and the association Sisters International and has been responsible for 100 women’s conferences in April 2025 (anniversary). Roger started the association Mission International and leads a mission work on social media with a following of over 2.8 million people.

Roger was a Bible teacher at Brommaskolan between 1990-1994 and has studies in the baggage from Tyndale Theological Seminary, Amsterdam. Tyndale is a Seminary with a focus on world mission.
